About Tours and Travel is a travel planning and coordination service specializing in customized group, student, and youth travel experiences. We assist with itinerary development, reservations, group logistics, vendor coordination, and related services. We do not operate transportation, lodging, or attractions, but act as an agent between you (the client) and third-party suppliers.

Clients (including group leaders, school officials, or adult chaperones):

• Are responsible for reviewing all itineraries, invoices, and supplier policies before confirming travel.
   
• Must ensure that all travelers comply with relevant legal, medical, behavioral, and travel requirements.
   
• Acknowledge that participation in group travel, particularly involving youth and students, requires active supervision and oversight.
   
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information during booking and registration processes.
   

Quotes are estimates only until confirmed with deposits and written approval. A booking is not considered final until:

• A signed agreement or itinerary confirmation is received
   
• The required deposit is paid in full by the stated deadline
   
• Final payments are made on or before the due date
   

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of reservations or additional fees.

Changes to travel plans are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Cancellations by the client may be subject to fees imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, motorcoach companies). We are not responsible for any non-refundable amounts.

In the event of a supplier cancellation or major itinerary disruption, we will work in good faith to rebook or secure alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee full recovery of costs.

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and interruptions. It is the responsibility of the group organizer or traveler to secure such insurance. About Tours and Travel is not liable for losses arising from lack of insurance coverage.

Participants in youth and student travel programs are expected to adhere to standards of behavior appropriate to group travel. Disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the program at the traveler’s expense.

Chaperones, educators, or group leaders are responsible for the conduct and supervision of their group members, especially minors.

About Tours and Travel acts as a planning service and does not control or operate the actual transportation, accommodations, tours, attractions, or restaurants. Each third-party provider has their own terms, conditions, and liability waivers.

We assume no liability for acts or omissions of these providers, including but not limited to:

• Delays, overbooking, schedule changes, strikes, weather, or force majeure
   
• Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from service provider actions
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, About Tours and Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Participation in any trip or activity arranged through us
   
• Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions by third-party vendors
   
• Client or participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, or lack of supervision
   

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for our services, excluding third-party costs.

All content, designs, itineraries, and materials provided through this website or during the planning process are the intellectual property of About Tours and Travel or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use our website or services for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
   
• Harassment, abuse, or defamation of any individual or organization
   
• Uploading harmful software or interfering with site functionality
   
• Misrepresenting your authority to make bookings or decisions on behalf of a group
   

Violations may result in termination of services and legal action.
